Room description
Looking for a friendly housemate in a two-person houseshare in Clifton. I've lived here for six years now and it's a great location, close to the tram stop, shops and more.
The room has a double-bed and will provide a new mattress if needed.
All bills and utilities are included in the price, alongside super fast internet and a TV license.
Space for up to two cars outside plus a back garden. Shared downstairs toilet and upstairs shower alongside an office upstairs and kitchen. Good sized living room with table.
Open to any form of housemate but looking for someone who is clean, but not uber strict, and preferably someone in their 20s-40s to be similar in age. More than happy for guests and for people to stay over (within reason) and will make space to store/add any items you have.
Open to pets though will likely add a small additional cost depending on pet type to cover additional wear and tear.
