Living Area 2 Lounge with coffee table, electric piano, working fire stove, desk and chair - doubles up as cinema room.

Their is a bus stop directly opposite the house and it is a 16min walk to Leatherhead train station. Decent public transport links to Guildford and London - 5 minute walk to central Leatherhead high street with Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Lidl and a selection of cafes and restaurants.
Free road parking in adjacent roads (may need to walk a couple of minutes if car owner).
The housemates are: A creative producer, male, early 40s and my 7 year old daughter. Just to flag - since I live with my daughter, a DBS check will be necessary for anyone moving in for safeguarding purposes.
