2 rooms for rent 1 beautiful large room with huge mirrors and closet facing peaceful streets (£800) and private parking, and another room that comes as a 2 for 1 bedroom and study room upstairs above it whilst facing backyard of house (£980).
This house is a semi-detached house with peaceful neighbors and quiet roads. Lots of space in the house as it’s been extended for an open panel kitchen and modern look. Decent sized garden with conservatory. 2 bathrooms with showers, a separate living room space and open space room connected with kitchen open panel.
I also live in the house but am away for work sometimes. Looking for clean working professionals that are looking for a nice modern shared home to live in.
If you’re a peaceful professional looking for a chilled house mate this one is for you. We also have a great community neighborhood watch for safety and security with great communication from our neighbors also with all houses nearby with 24hr CCTV.
The house is 5min walk to Leagrave train station (thameslink) and 3min walk to convenient shops like Lidl, news agents, barbers, food shops, Poundland…etc
Some bills are included such as council tax and water bills. Bills not included are gas and electric as these utilities are pay as you go.
Couples are allowed but will have to add extra only to help with bills. Pets are allowed but prefer small pets like cats. smoking is allowed just in the garden that is.
Other than that the house is a beautiful and chilled space for tenants that want a clean relax safe environment and I hope to find peaceful and positive tenants that would like to live in Luton.
