Room description
Peaceful 1-bed flat, with sizeable kitchen and single bathroom FOR ONE ADULT ONLY

There is a bedroom and bathroom upstairs, and the kitchen/dining area downstairs.
You will have full access to the bedroom, the bathroom/toilet, the staircase, and the kitchen/dining room.
There is a storage room that is locked (we might need to access it occasionally but we will always check with you before).
It's only a storage room, no one else is staying there. It's NOT a bedroom - just storage.
There's a parking space available but please let us know if you'll need it when booking.
This place has free Wifi and free private parking. The accommodation comes with a TV (we only have Amazon Prime Video available).
15 minutes away from Luton Airport by car.
ONE ADULT ONLY can stay.
Mail/Parcel Delivery:
Sadly, we do not allow any mail/parcels to be delivered using our address.
As "Short-term rental guests", any mail you want to receive, you can use the post office nearby for delivery. Any unexpected mail/parcels will be returned to the sender.
The flat is located off the main road around the corner, which is perfect if you don't want to be disturbed by the noise from the traffic.
Luton town centre is a 15 min drive where you can find restaurants, cafes, cinemas and pubs.
Luton airport is also a 15-minute drive.
Leagrave Train Station is about a 20-minute walk from the flat.
You also have two supermarkets around the corner, about a 5-minute walk from the flat.
We provide basic cookware for our guests.
Guests can upgrade to nicer quality cookware, but we take a deposit for that.
To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial starter pack but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
