There are two rooms available and you can choose whichever

One is very large (200 sqft) with a north facing window, no closet

The other is still spacious with two large windows and a built in closet

Both rooms are furnished

Roommates: you will be living with myself and most of the time alone due to the fact that I am not always home, I'm always gone for work which might take weeks before I get back ( main reason why I am looking for a flatmate)

You'll have your own bathroom, it's a large bathroom with two sinks.
