Room description
As my circumstances have changed, I’m looking for another tenant to take over my Deluxe Single Ensuite at Gillows in Lancaster town centre. The tenancy will start on September 5th!
The price of this room is £180 per week. At present, you can check the official Homes for Students website, where the very same Deluxe Ensuite rooms cost £190 per week. This means that by becoming a tenant under my contract, you get to pay less throughout the whole 26/27 academic year!
