Looking for a student for 34b wolseley street, LA1 3PH. From 1st August 2026 until 31st July 2027.
It’s a 4 bedroom house with 2 ensuite rooms and 2 rooms sharing one bathroom.
Currently have 2 female students and 1 male, all entering 2nd year at Lancaster University. Very social and kind people :)
• The rent is £140 per week, bills incl. (water broadband and tv licence)
• not including council tax or phone bills.
