Bathroom with toilet, shower and bath. Another bathroom with toilet only. Stone floored patio garden.

This house is located in a quiet area but only ten minutes walk from the city centre, canal and river. Near to corner shops and takeaways. Also near to the main bus route for Lancaster University. There is parking on the street.
