Room description

A large, newly painted double room is available in our clean, quiet Victorian house. The room boasts plenty of natural light and comes fully furnished with a brand new bed and mattress, a study table and chair, and a good-sized cupboard. For your convenience, the room is also equipped with its own personal fridge/freezer and kettle.

You will have sole use of the bathroom located right next to the room, as the other room is currently unoccupied.

The shared kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs, an oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. All pots, pans, and cutlery are available for use. We also have a large shared garden at the back and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.

The Location

Located in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood with lots of green parks nearby, perfect for a relaxing environment. There are grocery shops just a stone's throw away. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk, with regular buses going directly to Southampton Central. Local amenities, including gyms and parks, are all within easy reach.

About Me & What I am Looking For

You would be sharing the house with just one existing housemate who is quiet and mostly working, so you might not see them often. The house has a calm atmosphere.

We are looking for a new housemate who is professional or a student, but most importantly, someone who is clean, tidy, respectful, and quiet.
