Double room in a 4 bed detached home - rent is all inclusive.
I do not live at the property but attend their most days to check on things, clean and keep tidy the house.
It is a quiet area but close to A12/A14 corridor- excellent bus service and shops nearby .
One minute walk into the countryside.
