Large, sunny room in a relaxed Southbourne home – female lodger preferred

There’s a lovely big, sunny room overlooking the back garden available in our chilled home. We’ve got a big kitchen, a good-sized garden and plenty of off-road parking, and we’re on a quiet road. The listing photo doesn’t show it, but there’s a large white double wardrobe in the room

too.

Southbourne is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is about 7 minutes away and Pokesdown station is a 10-minute walk. Bournemouth Hospital, J.P. Morgan and Health Sciences University are all around 20 minutes away on foot.

I live here with my 19-year-old daughter. She works long hours, so the main bathroom is usually free; I have my own en suite. Her dad works away and visits now and then. Students and professionals are welcome ☺️
