Room description
My housemate will be moving out of his lovely room at the end of April and we are looking for someone polite, friendly and tidy to replace him.
The room is fully-furnished directly adgacent to a patio area and shared bathroom.
Our shared house is in a great location just a five minute walk from the Seven Dials roundabout with plenty of shops and nice pubs nearby!
You would be sharing with myself and housemate Elias. We are a pretty quiet but social house and like to spend evenings in the living room together watching stuff on tv.
