Room description
I have a large, bright double room available now in my modern 4-bed terraced house in NG6. It’s a female-only household. Once the room is let, there’ll be three of us living here.
The room is 4.7m x 2.6m and gets lots of natural light during the day. It comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk and chair, and a large wardrobe with a mirror.
Modern, simple interior with hardwood floors throughout
2 bathrooms plus a separate WC. You’ll share a bathroom with one other woman.

I keep the house very clean. We each take turns doing a proper clean every week, so it stays nice for everyone. It’s a shoes-off house.
I work full time from home, so the house is quiet during weekdays. I’ll give you your space, but I’m always happy to chat.
I’m 28 and work as a professional. In my spare time I enjoy fitness, yoga, dancing, meditation, board games and podcasts.
Who I’m looking for:
A working professional woman, aged 25+
Clean and tidy, and happy to do her share of the weekly clean
Quiet, especially on weekdays
Non-smoker, no pets, no parties
Friends or partners can visit occasionally. Just let me know beforehand.
