Room description

have a 3 bedroom house located in Eastwood. I have a spare double room that I was hoping to rent out. I have had a lodger for a few years up until recently he’s moving out of the area. 1 room is my bedroom and the other is a small wardrobe room.

The room to rent is a double sized room with a private bathroom. 
I have a cockapoo who is well behaved and super friendly. Ultimately I’m looking for a housemate as well as someone I can get on with as a friend!
