Hello, I am renting out my room from 26th May 2025 to July 7th 2025 (1 month and 2 weeks). It is 236.00 pounds per week. Gas, utilities, gas, water, Wifi, and electricity are included. Council tax will be the responsibility of the landlord. You only have 2 roommates to share the kitchen with, and your room will be an en-suite with your own bathroom. Beech House typically has flats with 10 to 11 roommates sharing the kitchen in the whole building; only this flat has three rooms due to the layout. So, it’s an extreme bargain.

The location is in the UK, Oxford. The place is called The Beech House, and it is a student accommodation. It is near the University of Oxford Brookes (5 minutes by bus and 8 minutes on foot), and there are food stalls and groceries at Headington, which is a 5-minute walk away from the student accommodation.

REQUIREMENTS: MUST be a STUDENT, single occupancy, must take the full duration of the contract from 26th May 2025 to 7th July 2025.
Room: Ground floor, 1 bedroom, 1 ensuite bathroom, study table and chair, wood flooring, kitchen shared with 2 roommates. Roommates don’t cook in the kitchen, so the kitchen is practically yours. The kitchen is extremely spacious, with 1 fridge, plenty of pantry space, an oven, a toaster and a vacuum.
The reason I’m moving out: I have just finished my studies and am returning home.
Since I will no longer be returning, I have plenty of utilities and supplies that I would give to you for free if you rent. And other costly supplies, I would sell them for a much cheaper price, so you will not need to worry about finding supplies for only a short period of time. As well as for better convenience. Trust me, this is a bargain! The majority of my things are brand new and clean, as I have only used them for less than a year!
