Room description
I have renovated a town house to a very high standard with 3 shower rooms, 6 bedrooms and a kitchen/communal space.
Each room comes with single/double bed, desk/chair and large fitted wardrobe, all rooms also come with an ethernet point as well as wireless broadband and a tv point if you wish to plug in your own tv in your room.
All communal areas in this house are cleaned monthly.
I have a good sized double room coming available for single occupancy for £530 including all bills, covering energy, water includes tv license and unlimited high speed internet access.
All items in the house are just over a year old and the kitchen is equipped with a large american style fridge freezer, plus additional fridge freezers and plenty of storage space, 2 microwave ovens (combination ovens), an additional oven and a hob. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar and a washer dryer.
The house has wooden flooring throughout and and has gas central heating. All shower rooms have a pressurised hot water shower system (like the ones in the hotels :o)) and firm mattresses to ensure all tenants are comfortable :o)
The current tenants are clean and tidy and respectful of the communal areas being kept that way at all times.
