An unusual option has arisen in that we have two rooms, that we would like to rent to ONE PERSON ONLY in a clean, shared, house, in South Hatfield, conveniently close to the College Lane campus of the University of Hertfordshire, the Business Park, all the Hatfield amenities and the A1. The rooms would suit someone who needs space and wants to sleep in one room and perhaps work or relax in another. The rooms are next to each. A student or professional would find this arrangement wonderful to have a double bedroom and a separate sitting room or study!
The main room contains a double bed, wardrobes, shelving for plenty of storage, plain carpets and walls, a desk, chair and fridge. The second room contains fitted storage, a computer desk, more shelving, etc. Both rooms are furnished. Both have large windows with plenty of light; and benefit from plain carpets and neutral colours ..
