It has a sofa bed and 2 bathrooms for 4 months. 3/4 min walk from Goat Ledge/sea front. 4 month min stay

The flat has a nice built in kitchen and small patio out the lounge.

It has a patio out the back with table and chairs, and a small area at the front which gets full sun which you can just about get 2 chairs out in.

Utilies bill includes council tax, water, gas, electric and wifi
