we have a room in a shared house in abbotsweld harlow Essex. Brand new carpet, and newly decorated.The rent is 160per week for single occupancy. And is inclusive of all bills.

The area is a mile from the town center and within walking distance to bus routes and the shops of staple tye. Free off street parking is available should it be required.

The house is registered with the local authority.And meet all fire and safety regulations. We are also members of the relevant trade bodies. We have maintenance staff so that repairs are attended to promptly at no cost to the tenant.
