It is a mile from Ebbsfleet international and Swanscombe rail station which will give you access into London. DA10 postcode. It is a very new flat which is aesthetically pleasing. Furniture is included (bed, wardrobe and dresser, TV and broadband). Access to the bathroom and access to a wide variety of kitchen appliances such as gas cooker, oven, airfyer, washing machine and fridge freezer. Parking is free and available in the nearby area. No deposit however would require 2 months rent in advance initially to secure the room. You do not have to pay any of the bills.
