Room description

We have a large double room, with two built in wardrobes and is En-suite.

The room comes with parking and its own refrigerator and is mostly furnished, has not got a tv, YET, so if you have one...bring it along.

We must stress that this is a calm, usually, family home. We try to have fun when we can, we also like quiet time. We love to cook and have wine and a sing while cooking, that's usually the noisy part of the day and beats a hard day after work.

We seek a female lodger to balance the family a bit, but we do not want a party girl nor anyone bringing men into the home. We have had a few unsavory experiences in the past and as I mentioned we hope that this is a home from home. It certainly is not a hotel.

We would accept with good discussion and assurances a couple. The room is certainly big enough to host a couple, but again our rules need to be understood should we consider this and equally the rent would be 900pm to cover extra usages.....we always get £800 pm in single occupancy.

Any questions please ask, we are perfectly based for motorway links, we are just outside of the popular but busy area of Whiteley heading towards Fareham.

The Garden is huge with a nice decking where in the summer we have BBQ and watch the tv outside wall mounted while sipping wine or Gin and watch the small children in the pool. Watching films under the stars with a fire pit with more wine/gin and the children tucked up is always the sweet serenity time....you would be welcome to join us occasionally too if you fancied a different evening.

We are close to Whiteley but not in the manic area of it...just off heading towards Fareham, great position for M27, M3 and A3, A27 links.
