I’m a 43-year-old scientist moving to Exeter to start a new position at the University of Exeter. I’m friendly, quiet, tidy and considerate, and I’m looking for a comfortable and relaxed place to stay while I get settled in the area. I’ll be working full-time at the university and would be very happy with either a standard room let or a Monday–Friday arrangement, as I expect to spend some weekends with my family.
