I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 27th April - 16th August. However, if you want to move in earlier, I'm offering a special discount for any period before April 27th that you choose to move in.

Rent is £160 a week excluding bills, and the deposit is £800. You’d be sharing with 4 other 2nd year students (3 boys, 1 girl), so open to professionals or students.

Less than a 5-minute walk from St Luke’s and the bus station, which has a direct bus to Streatham. A short 10-minute walk to the city centre. The room and house are very spacious with lots of room to decorate. Room comes with a double bed, a desk, set of drawers.
