Hi!
I have a room available in Printworks (student accommodation in Exeter) from September. It’s a Premium Ensuite for £185 per week (Bills Included), and it’s one of the only 44-week contracts you’ll find left.
The room is fully furnished with a 3/4 bed, ensuite bathroom, spacious desk, wardrobe, and more. The kitchen is shared with four other flatmates, all of whom are female.
The contract is for 44 weeks, running from 13th September 2025 to 18th July 2026. The rent is £185 per week, which can be paid monthly, in three instalments, or all at once depending on your preference.
The room is on the second floor in Block C of Printworks. All blocks have lifts for easy access. Printworks has recently been renovated—the redesigned common room includes darts, a pool table, a TV and entertainment area, study spaces, and a private kitchen you can book if you’d like.
