Tax Lawyer and PhD Visiting Researcher from Italy
I’m a friendly, clean, and respectful Visiting PhD researcher in Law returning to the University of Exeter for a 3-month research stay from 21st September to 21st December 2026.
Having previously stayed at Birks Grange Village earlier this year, I am looking for solution in Exeter.
My stay is fully funded by an Italian university scholarship, ensuring a secure and reliable tenancy.
As a researcher and lawyer, I value a quiet, clean, and well-maintained living space and aim to be a responsible, considerate housemate.
Since official university halls and standard private student setups are currently sold out for these dates, I am open to short-term sublets, private landlord rentals, or room shares.
