Room description
I have a three bed house located in Cranbrook area, just on the outskirts of Exeter.
Ideal for commuters using the A30 or M5 or access to Exeter.
Train station is a 10 minute walk & regular buses to Exeter city centre every 20 minutes!
I live at home on my own and am a professional worker in construction.
Would like a clean/tidy, respectful and professional person.
All amenities are available to use including Kitchen, living room & garden area.
Parking space at back or front of the house.
The room is a double which is furnished, including wardrobe, bedside table & double bed.
The tenant will also have own bathroom to use which is located just to the right of the room.
Bills and Wi-Fi are included in the price
Available for 7 days a week, minimum stay 2 months & maximum a year but could be extended if tenant and landlord come to an agreement.
