Room description
Room and house available for a female student or professional to rent in Englefield Green. The bedroom (bed can be a single or pulled out to a large double according to preference) is on the first floor of a townhouse, walking distance to Royal Holloway Uni, shops, and restaurants. The beautiful Windsor Great Park very near by for those who enjoy nature and the outdoors.
The location offers village life, the beauty of the countryside but also very quick access to London with Egham train station near by.
We are a family of 4, married couple with 2 children ages 11 and 5. We also have a 3 cats. All family bedrooms and bathroom are separate on the top floor of the house. All other areas seen in the photos are for communal use, with shower bathroom being primarily for the lodgers use.
Our current lodger is a French student doing an internship until mid December.
My husband and I are both working professionals. The household can be busy in the mornings then quiet during the working hours. In the evenings and weekends we are involved in many extra-curricular activities with the children’s sports and events.
We have had lodgers for 2.5 years and it’s been a fantastic experience and arrangement.
