Bright double room available in a friendly 4-bed house in Fair Oak. The house features a large open-plan kitchen/diner, a separate cosy living room, a spacious bathroom with both shower and bath, a generous garden, and off-road parking.
You’ll be sharing with a family (couple with two grown-up children, both over 16), plus a friendly cat and dog – so pet lovers welcome! We’re easy-going, respectful, and looking for someone clean and considerate to fit in with the household.
