Hi! My name is Caitlin, I’m looking for two roommates (female or LGBTQ+ preferred) to join a 3-bedroom flat.
The flat does not have a separate living room, but there is a shared living space (couch and coffee table) within the kitchen, making it a cosy and social area to relax and spend time together.
About the tenancy:
Minimum stay: 1 year
Two rooms available
Shared kitchen/living area
Students only (council Tax)
References Needed or 2000 pounds (you will need to sign a new lease with Landlord in June and also supply a security deposit)
About me:
I’m a final-year dual qualifying law student. I live a quiet lifestyle, I don’t drink or party, and I keep the flat very clean and organised.
I am also chronically ill, so maintaining a clean and calm environment is really important for my health and wellbeing.
What I’m looking for:
Clean, respectful, and considerate flatmates
People who are comfortable maintaining a consistently clean shared space
Female or LGBTQ+ individuals preferred for comfort and compatibility
Additional context:
My previous flatmates have recently moved out, so I’m looking to build a new, peaceful and supportive household. They both moved out due to their own personal reasons and i am still very close friends with both!
