Room description

Double room available in Liff, Dundee, as of mid July 2026 (possible flexibility on the date can be discussed).

Please note:

- due to minimal local bus links, a car is advised for moving here.

- the house is fully furnished, except for a bed, for the available room.

The house is situated within the beautiful grounds of the old Liff Hospital. Fantastic country walks on your doorstep, tennis courts available, and a lovely sense of community with the neighbours. There is a garage with plenty of storage space, as well as a front and (southfacing) back garden, and plenty of parking.

The house itself has a downstairs WC as well as a full bathroom upstairs. There is a spare room for occasional guests to stay in. The available room is a small double room (see photos) but there is some available storage space within the rest of the house, if you require some additional space.

I am a 34-year-old professional who does hybrid working - this does mean I am in the house a lot during the week, but tend to be out and about on weekends. I am social, but not someone who goes out partying a lot. I also have quite a social job, so do value coming home and embracing my full introvert at the end of the day 😂 I enjoy being out walking in the hills, reading, going to Yoga and catching up with friends.

I am looking for a female to move into the available double bedroom, who enjoys a bit of a mixed house - likes to chat/socialise but also values their own space. Ideally a professional, between 25-45, clean, respectful and friendly :)

Note: Rent of £450 excluding bills - bills are approximately £250pm (this includes council tax, gas and electricity, WiFi, and a fortnightly cleaner).
