I'm looking for a 1-bed flat or studio in Hampshire or Surrey with a parking space. Ideally in a quiet, rural location — I’d prefer to avoid busy roads or town centres. I work from home in IT, so good broadband is essential. I have a car, so transport links aren't important.
I'm a non-smoker with no pets, live a quiet and healthy lifestyle, and rarely have visitors. Natural light would be a bonus, and I'm hoping for a well-kept, comfortable place for long-term rent. My budget is up to £800 per month, and I’m ready to move within the next two months.
