Room description
Located in the heart of Dennistoun. A quick 10 minutes walk from Bellgrove train station and 15 minutes from Alexandra park. Great bus links along Duke street. Otherwise it is a 25-35 minute walk to the city centre.
Room available to rent with no fixed period. Fully furnished. Shared bathroom, kitchen, hallway, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and storage. Perfect for students or professionals.
Flatmate is easygoing and tidy.
In order to apply, will need 3 x payslips, 3 x bank statements, proof of address, and photographic ID ready to send to the letting agents. This will be followed by a brief online application form. Proof of bursaries or stipends are also accepted in place of payslips.
Bills not included and available upon enquiry. Council tax ~£80 per month per person.
Deposit of £425 required.
Free street parking, access to shared garden with outdoor seating and clotheslines.
Available as soon as the documents and application is accepted, or starting June.
