Room description
Looking for a student to rent a bright, double room with a view of the private garden. You will be sharing with me, a 21 year old engineering student, with a keen interest in MMA and the outdoors.
The room has a large, built in wardrobe with an additional storage cupboard. It has a comfortable double bed, desk, chair and bedside table.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bath and shower and a lounge with a large sofa, dining table and television.
The flat is situated a 5 minute walk from Strathclyde University, 25 minutes travel to Glasgow Uni and a 10 minute walk to Central Station.
It is less than a 5 minute walk to a choice of supermarkets, including Tesco and Aldi. The location is ideal for a range of pubs and bars - the nearest one just a two minute walk away.
The flat has an allocated parking space and this can be made available if required.
The rent is exclusive of bills.
