Small comfortable room in family home.
Would suit a student or someone staying shorter term. But have had long term lodgers in the past (3yrs). Close to transport links, easy to travel to Canterbury/Dover /Thanet and close to Discovery Park.
Nice area to live , lots of pubs and eateries. Lovely walks by the river and beach. Nice garden.
We are a queer friendly household and accepting of all people. No deposit just pay a months rent when you move in.
We smoke outside in the conservatory and we have a v well behaved spaniel who does not go upstairs. No drama here we are chilled and laid back. The house is clean and tidy and washing can be done for a fee.
