A lovely, furnished double room available in a comfortable and welcoming home, ideally located for anyone wanting to be near Royal Derby Hospital, Derby University or the city centre.
The room overlooks the garden and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers. A flatscreen TV can also be provided. The room currently has a desk in it, which will be taken by my current lodger, but there is space should anyone wish to being their own e. g. for working from home purposes.
The house has plenty of shared space, including two reception rooms, a newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, a shared bathroom and a landscaped garden. There is also on-street parking.
The rent includes all bills, including:
- Gas and electricity
- Water
- Council tax
- Broadband
- Virgin TV
This is a relaxed and friendly home rather than a busy house-share. I'm looking for someone who is respectful, considerate and clean, and who would enjoy having a comfortable home.
There is a convenience store at the bottom of the street, with larger supermarkets and a gym nearby.
I'm a live-in female landlord and have a friendly well behaved cat.
Female lodgers preferred. No couples.
£450 deposit. No minimum or maximum stay required – I'm happy to discuss what works for you.
