Room description

A bright recently refurbished south-facing double room in separate side (previously an annexe) to main house which gives a fair degree of privacy for the occupier and with own entrance. The room has been recently redecorated and has had a new wooden floor, window, double bed, radiator and a brand new 32” TV in the bedroom. The room has a blackout blind a very large fitted wardrobe, a double bed with gas lift-up under-bed storage, tall chest of drawers & bedside cabinet. All bedding, sheets, towels, duvet & pillows will be provided brand new for your comfort.

The room has exclusive use of the shower room in the next room which has a shower cubicle, bathroom cabinet, vanity sink unit and toilet.

Shared facilities include a large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, air fryer, toaster, oven and other mod cons. There is a brand new fridge/freezer which would be exclusively for your use along with ample cupboard space for your food etc. We have a shared dining room, a conservatory/lounge with TV and a large garden. Parking is off road outside the property.

Bills included (subject to fair use) Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax & unlimited super fast broadband.

It’s just 2 min walk to bus stop, 20 min walk to railway station and close proximity to Crewkerne town centre being 10 mins walk. Local shop less than 1 minute away.

We are an easy going, friendly married couple and have a very small dog which is very friendly to everyone. The house is in a quiet location.

We are seeking a lodger/s who is friendly, reliable & trustworthy.

We are not smokers so although there is no smoking indoors, outside would be acceptable.

We would consider a couple for additional fee month.
