Live in Landlord been accommodating since 2014, all kinds of people from all different backgrounds and nationalities who are most welcome. Rent is £550 and includes all bills so no further bills to pay. Lots of added extras, comfort and with the added convenience of assisting you in your stay for travel, shopping and anything that will make your stay a comfortable one whether it's for a few months or longer. Excellent fast broadband is available, one shared shower toilet bidet for convenience, relaxing living room with TV, large sized kitchen. The room itself has a desk for a desktop or laptop computer. There is a single comfortable bed, mirrored wardrobe and plenty of existing quality bedding and towels available if needed. There is plenty of drawer space, laundry baskets (clean and dirty) with full use of washing machine, safe secure location to store an e-bike, motorbike or cycle, back garden for social use, nearby convenience stores, Spar, Tesco, Post Office, Petrol Station, Pubs and Leisure Centres. Car parking is plentiful and there are various bus services available to and from Clydebank town centre, Glasgow and beyond. Non-smoking house.
