It’s also within a 10-minute walk of the University of Leicester campus, making it ideal for students who want everything close by. The neighbourhood has plenty of local shops, cafés, takeaways, and convenience stores within walking distance, and bus routes nearby make it easy to get to the city centre, train station, or surrounding areas. The house itself is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, and all bills are included, covering water, electricity, heating, and broadband.
