Professionals or mature students are welcome but 6-months min. Proof of ID and income are required from applicants.
The house is a clean, laid back and friendly place. We are a non-smoking house, but smokers are welcome if they smoke outside.
We have a washing machine, fridge freezer, ironing facilities.
There are two bus routes very close by which both go into city centre. There is also off-road parking space. Close to local amenities.
