Large Double Room Available in Writtle Village – Female Student House
We’re looking for a new housemate to take over a double bedroom from 16th December in our shared student house in Writtle Village!
About the house:* Female-only household* Current housemates aged 19–22* Ideally looking for another female student who would fit in well with the house* Double bedroom for single occupancy only (no couples or room sharing)The House has lots of desirable amenities. The room available is a large double room fully furnished with wooden furniture and lots of storage within and a desk and chair set up. There is a shared fully furnished lounge, dining room that includes a TV, sofa etc. The kitchen has all appliances included (microwave, oven/grill, kettle and brand new washing machine). Along with off road driveway parking shared with housemates and access to a lovely garden which is perfect outdoor space. We’re looking for a friendly, respectful and considerate housemate who will enjoy living in a shared student home and help keep it a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone.
Location: Writtle Village
Rent: £125 per week / £500 every 4 weeks
Bills Not included: £50* per month
Available from: 16th December
*£50 bills can fluctuate depending on house costs
