The house is always kept clean and tidy, with a super chill, laid-back vibe. The previous tenants loved it here so much—one stayed for 3 years and the other for 4 years! Both only left because they moved in with their partners, so you know it’s a great place to live. I only have 1 tenant so house hold would be 2 in total.
Looking for a spacious, fully furnished double room in a peaceful, friendly home? Located directly opposite Chelmer Park, with easy access to the A12 (heading to London or Suffolk), this room is ideal for anyone seeking a great place to call home. Only looking for 1 person and will just be myself also. Looking to live with the right person as that’s so important I like the gym and just chilling out to be honest but just about to do bike test new hobbie I guess haha
All week stay & also ideal for mon to Fri workers working away from home which will and can be discounted
