Shared kitchen, living room, downstairs toilet & garden.
Shared bathroom upstairs.
Walking distance from train station & town centre (10minutes) & very close to the Anglian Ruskin University (1-2 minutes).
Bills & broadband included in the monthly payments.
Spare payable parking permit available if you have a car.
The house is fully furnished apart from the room for rent.
Ewa and I enjoy a quiet, calm environment and we are looking for someone on the same page who respects the house & is happy to contribute to cleaning and keeping the house and gardens tidy. (No lazy or messy people).
