Room description
One double room to rent in a large detached house in Caversham, Reading. It's a quite area with driveway parking and a stones throw away from the Oxfordshire countryside. We have local shops, pubs and bus stops nearby with Caversham centre 15mins walk and Reading station/Town centre 30 mins walk (10mins on the bus). The room for rent is 1st floor, furnished, double bed, desk, fitted wardrobes window looking out to the front garden. Large house, living room (with netflix, prime etc), kitchen, x3 bathrooms, big garden with storage for bikes and great for a barbeque with the spring/summer coming. The contract is one month minimum and rolling one month notice. We are looking for a professional that has lived in a shared house before, so like us, looks after rather house, is respectful of each others space, clean and tidy. At the moment, we are 2 housemates, both professionals, enjoy a night out as well as dinner and films at home during the week. If it sounds a good fit for you would recommend a viewing.
