Looking for a comfortable home with a proper workspace? The Regency is the largest room at The Coastal Key, our newly set-up six-bedroom house on Wilson Avenue in Brighton.

This bright ground-floor double has a lovely bay window, a velvet-headboard bed and a full desk setup with shelving, a lockable drawer, a padded office chair and a monitor.

£1,125 per month includes:

• All bills and fast Wi-Fi

• Fortnightly cleaning of the whole property, including your bedroom, with your permission

• Organic bed linen, towels and a hypoallergenic duvet

• Wardrobe, wooden hangers, mirror and bedside lighting

• Your own secure bedroom access

Two modern shower rooms serve the four ground-floor bedrooms. There are no en-suites.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with allocated fridge, freezer and cupboard space, a washer-dryer, shared lounge and dining area, and a beautiful garden with outdoor seating. Free parking is available on surrounding roads, with a bus stop a couple of doors away.

Single occupancy. Minimum stay two months. We’re finding our first residents and looking to create a friendly, considerate household.
