The room combines a velvet-headboard double bed, rich purple feature wall and mustard accents with a dedicated workspace. Your desk comes with shelving, a lockable drawer, padded office chair, monitor and desk fan.
£1,075 per month includes:
• All bills and fast Wi-Fi
• Fortnightly cleaning throughout the property, including your bedroom, with your permission
• Organic bed linen, towels and a hypoallergenic duvet
• Double wardrobe, wooden hangers, mirror and bedside lighting
• Your own secure bedroom access
Two modern shower rooms serve the four ground-floor bedrooms. There are no en-suites.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with allocated fridge, freezer and cupboard space, a washer-dryer, shared lounge and dining area, and a lovely garden with outdoor seating. There’s free parking on surrounding roads and a bus stop a couple of doors away.
Single occupancy. Minimum stay two months. We’re putting together our first group of friendly, considerate residents.
