A comfortable room with everything ready for you to move straight in. The Lanes is our best-value room at The Coastal Key on Wilson Avenue in Brighton.

This ground-floor single has its own window, a single bed, wardrobe and a desk with a chair and monitor. Keeping a single bed gives you more usable floor space for everyday living.

£725 per month includes:

• All bills and fast Wi-Fi

• Fortnightly cleaning throughout the property, including your bedroom, with your permission

• Organic bed linen, towels and a hypoallergenic duvet

• Wooden hangers, mirror and bedside lighting

• Your own secure bedroom access

Two modern shower rooms serve the four ground-floor bedrooms. There are no en-suites.

The fully equipped kitchen includes your own allocated fridge, freezer and cupboard space. There’s also a washer-dryer, shared lounge and dining area, and a lovely garden with outdoor seating. Free parking is available on surrounding roads, with a bus stop a couple of doors away.

Single occupancy. Minimum stay two months. We’re putting together our first group of friendly, considerate residents.
