Room description
A thoughtfully furnished room with character, views towards the Downs and everything ready for you to move straight in.
The Downs sits on the top floor of The Coastal Key, our newly set-up house on Wilson Avenue in Brighton. Leaded windows, a soft lilac feature wall and a velvet-headboard bed create a welcoming space, while your own desk, monitor and orange velvet chair make working or studying from home easy.
£950 per month includes:
• All bills and fast Wi-Fi
• Fortnightly professional cleaning of the entire property, including your room with your permission
• Organic bed linen, towels and a hypoallergenic duvet
• Double wardrobe, wooden hangers and a mirror
• Bedside lighting and your own secure bedroom access
The bright upstairs shower room has a skylight and is shared with just one other resident. It’s separate from the bedroom, rather than an en-suite.
Beyond your room, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with your own allocated fridge, freezer and cupboard space, a washer-dryer, a shared lounge and dining area, and a beautiful garden with outdoor seating. There’s free parking on surrounding roads too.
We’re welcoming our first residents and looking to create a friendly, considerate home where you can enjoy good company and your own space.
Single occupancy. Minimum stay two months.
