Room description
The Brunswick is a cosy ground-floor double at The Coastal Key, our newly set-up house on Wilson Avenue in Brighton.
With a soft lilac feature wall, grey velvet headboard and blue accents, it’s a comfortable space to unwind. A compact desk with drawers, shelving, a chair and monitor gives you a dedicated spot for work or study.
£1,000 per month includes:
• All bills and fast Wi-Fi
• Fortnightly cleaning of the whole property, including your bedroom, with your permission
• Organic bed linen, towels and a hypoallergenic duvet
• Wardrobe, wooden hangers, mirror and bedside lighting
• Your own secure bedroom access
Two modern shower rooms serve the four ground-floor bedrooms. There are no en-suites.
You’ll also have a fully equipped kitchen with allocated fridge, freezer and cupboard space, a washer-dryer, shared lounge and dining area, and a beautiful garden with seating. Free parking is available on surrounding roads, with a bus stop a couple of doors away.
Single occupancy. Minimum stay two months. We’re finding our first residents for a friendly household that respects everyone’s space.
