Hi! I'm a 27-year-old French researcher, and I'll soon be starting a postdoctoral research position at Durham University. I'm currently looking for a room, studio, or apartment within around 40 minutes of the university by walking or public transport.
I've lived in shared accommodation before, both during my studies in Paris and Strasbourg, so I'm used to living with others and sharing common spaces. I'm respectful, easy-going, clean and considerate, and I enjoy having a friendly home environment while also respecting everyone's privacy and routines.
I'm looking for a place from around 6 months up to 3 years, depending on the accommodation and circumstances. Ideally, I'd like to move in on October 1st. My budget is up to £1,200 per month including bills.
