Short and long term renting available. We will provide discount on rent for longer term renting.
Well presented fully furnished room in a quiet area. Room includes bed, table, desk, smart TV and built in wardrobe and is secured with a lock. Bills included in rent price (gas, electric, intenet, water & council tax).
We are a welcoming home respectful of our lodgers and treat them like family.
Property is close to transport links (road, bus, rail) and close to food markets such as Asda, Tesco, Lidl and Aldi.
The house has multiple bathrooms, main bathroom shown in pictures is shared with one other person. Shared large kitchen and living room area.
Wifi Internet access is available throughout the house and a guaranteed off street parking space is available for use at all times.
